Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. No refund once a session has started.
  2. If cancellation is made 24 hours prior to session, rescheduling is allowed once.
  3. No refund for no-show clients.
  4. If technical issues occur from our side, the session will be rescheduled.
  5. Digital products (reports, recordings, downloadable content) are non-refundable.
All refund decisions are final and subject to internal review.

Online Session Policy

  1. Ensure stable internet connectivity before the session.
  2. Join the session on time.
  3. Recording is not allowed without written consent.
  4. Respectful communication is mandatory.

Subscription & Digital Content Policy

  1. Subscription content is for personal use only.
  2. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
  3. Access will be revoked in case of misuse.

Payment & Dispute Policy

  1. All payments must be made in advance.
  2. Sessions will not be confirmed without payment.
  3. In case of a payment dispute or chargeback:
    • We reserve the right to suspend future services.
    • Evidence of service delivery may be provided to payment processors.
  4. Fraudulent transactions will be reported to relevant authorities.
Chargebacks initiated without valid grounds may lead to permanent service restriction.

Tax & Compliance

Ways of Tarot operates under House of Ekatva as a registered entity.

Compliance with Indian tax regulations is mandatory for all transactions.
