Refund & Cancellation Policy
- No refund once a session has started.
- If cancellation is made 24 hours prior to session, rescheduling is allowed once.
- No refund for no-show clients.
- If technical issues occur from our side, the session will be rescheduled.
- Digital products (reports, recordings, downloadable content) are non-refundable.
All refund decisions are final and subject to internal review.
Online Session Policy
- Ensure stable internet connectivity before the session.
- Join the session on time.
- Recording is not allowed without written consent.
- Respectful communication is mandatory.
Subscription & Digital Content Policy
- Subscription content is for personal use only.
- Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
- Access will be revoked in case of misuse.
Payment & Dispute Policy
- All payments must be made in advance.
- Sessions will not be confirmed without payment.
- In case of a payment dispute or chargeback:
- We reserve the right to suspend future services.
- Evidence of service delivery may be provided to payment processors.
- Fraudulent transactions will be reported to relevant authorities.
Chargebacks initiated without valid grounds may lead to permanent service restriction.
Tax & Compliance
Ways of Tarot operates under House of Ekatva as a registered entity.
- GST invoices will be issued where applicable.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
- Taxes applicable under Indian law will be charged accordingly.
Compliance with Indian tax regulations is mandatory for all transactions.
