How to wear: Rudraksha should be purified in Ganga jal or milk, energized with Om Namah Shivaya
mantra (108 times), and worn on Monday. The mala should be kept clean and not worn during sleep,
intimacy, or while sleeping. Always source authentic Rudraksha from a reputable dealer.
Note: 1-Mukhi to 14-Mukhi are commonly available. Higher Mukhi (15-21) are rare
and should be verified for authenticity.
